About Us

Our Story

Mattioni Plumbing, Heating & Cooling’s dedicated employees have proudly served Southeastern PA with their knowledgeable, courteous, and professional service for over 75 years.

A.F. Mattioni & Sons Plumbing & Heating was founded in 1948 on the Mattioni family farm along the (then) very rural Route 113 outside Downingtown, PA. The original barn that housed the company still stands! However, a newer, larger building on the family’s property is the current home for the third generation of Mattionis to run the service-oriented business, but their commitment to quality has not changed.

Every Mattioni visit comes with five promises. Whether we're fixing a leak, replacing a furnace or tuning up your AC, here's what you can count on from our team.

Risk-Free Guarantee
Every repair and installation we complete comes with a warranty of at least one year, so you're covered long after the job is done.

Upfront Pricing Guarantee
You'll get a flat-rate price before any work begins. You approve the price first, so there are no surprise charges when the job is finished.

We treat your home with respect and clean up after every job. We'll leave your space as if we were never there.

Professional Service Guarantee
Every Mattioni technician trains at our own facility and is held to high standards. That means a skilled, Mattioni-trained pro will resolve your issue.

On every visit, we check for safety concerns and walk you through your options for any needed repairs and safety improvements.

After every job, we ensure every job site is cleaner than how we found it.  Learn more about our referral program as well!
