What To Expect During Your HVAC Replacement Quote (Video)


When replacing your home’s heating or cooling units, your options can seem endless and the process can seem overwhelming. Meeting with one of our HVAC professionals is a great way to learn about what options make the most sense for you and your home.

Here’s what you can expect with an appointment with us:

 

1. Review

The first thing we’ll do is sit down to discuss and review the scope of the project. We’re the HVAC experts, but when it comes to your home and your comfort, you’re the expert.

We’re going to discuss your wants and needs, and how your system has been interacting in your home. If there’s any issues, we’ll have some questions for you and we’ll happily answer any questions that you have for us.

 

2. Analysis and Design

From there, we’ll do an analysis and design of your HVAC install. We’ll go down to the system that you currently have and look at how it was installed.

We’ll evaluate your options and identify any type of changes we might need to make. We’ll take measurements, pictures, and videos. We’ll make sure that we’re passing the full scope of the installation job along to our install teams, in order to set them up for success when they come out to replace your system.

 

3. Options

Once we’ve determined your wants and needs, we’re then going to put together some options that are made specifically for you. Once those options are created, we’re going to sit down with you to present them, discuss them, and answer any questions that you may have.

 

4. Install Date

If you find an option that you like, and you feel comfortable and confident with us as a company, then we can schedule the date for your install.

 

5. 1-2 Hours

All in all, the appointment typically takes between 1 to 2 hours. We’ll confirm that that’s a suitable time frame with you when we first arrive.

 

6. 5-Star Experience
